For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking  for a full-time Success Factors System Specialist for our team.

About the role:

Success Factors (SF) is the HR system for YME and all group companies; and needs further development and enhancement. As SF is a global HR system YMC (head office Japan) and their implementation partners are important stakeholders. Other global regions are peers.

As a Success Factors System Specialist you report to the Department Manager HR and work together with your other colleagues from HR team. The SF Specialist is:

  • First point of contact for system related questions and issues;
  • Sparring partner for HR in solving issues, defining, designing and implementing changes and new functionalities.

In the Division HR & GA, the Payroll Department is responsible for all the payrolls in Europe. HR and Payroll work together on several processes. The SF Specialist supports from a Success Factors point of view on all of these processes.

Principle accountabilities:

  • You will propose and implement improvements to the system;
  • You will be an expert to create the required reports in Success Factors;
  • You will optimize the system from a process and system perspective for it to bring the best performance to YME as well as to the interfaced applications;
  • One of the responsibilities will be also to translate business needs into system configurations yourself or with the help of our implementation and support partners;
  • You will run projects to develop new functionality from start to end in co-operation with the stakeholders;
  • You will coordinate Success Factors updates and do test activities;
  • You will maintain the various 3rd party add-ons around SuccessFactors;
  • You will validate change requests from HR and the YME group companies against functionality,  policies (fit for all) and, most important, against the standard business procedures;
  • You will communicate about changes in Success Factors with HR and decide how to communicate to the (key) users at YME.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in IT or HR;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Experience with a HRIS system, preference SuccessFactors;
  • Functional knowledge in the field of HR;
  • Strong communicational skills;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Well organized, result driven, independent and persuasive.
