For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing Intern for our Marketing Division.
About the role:
During this internship you will support the Digital Acquisition team of Yamaha Motor Europe and, specifically, you will be focused on Social Media and Content activities. You will have the opportunity to learn, be involved in different kinds of tasks, and interact with multiple international stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the team for the social media editorial plan and properly manage with the stakeholders the content delivery, using also dedicated platforms and tools, like Falcon Social;
- Give support to the creation of the social media editorial plan as well as social assets production and delivery;
- Support the workflow with agencies and other marketing teams for content approval on time and on the expected quality;
- Support Yamaha Motor Distributors (European Countries);
- Contact and work with suppliers and agencies;
- Various projects involving research, reporting, and communicating with multiple teams;
- Support with the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports;
- Perform analysis of digital KPIs;
- Benchmark competitors analysis;
- Open and sort mail;
- Other tasks as assigned.
What do you bring?
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student preferably in Digital Marketing & Communication, Marketing Economics, Management, or Business;
- You are looking for an appropriate internship for at least 6 months, full time with the chance to grow;
- Relevant/Entry level digital experience (project and social media) either through part-time jobs or volunteer experiences;
- Passion for social media and consumer brands;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and well-organized;
- Fast learner, a quick doer. Make things happen;
- “Go the extra mile” type personality;
- Great Team-player;
- Organized, efficient, and proactive;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Strong interpersonal skills that complement a proactive, positive, solution-driven, team-oriented work ethic;
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. if needed;
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), and other language is an asset;
- Customer-oriented personality;
- Passion for Motorcycle and Marine products is an advantage.
