For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a full-time Salesforce Business Analyst in the Information Systems Division.

About the role:

In this role you provide (IT) support to users of Yamaha Motor Europe (YME), its European distributor organisations and their business partners with respect to Yamaha’s CRM platform to ensure that Yamaha’s business activities can be executed properly and timely based on the sequence and priority the Development Team Lead CRM has agreed with the user organisation. The application analyst acts as the intermediate between end users and the developers.

Principle accountabilities:

• Writing down business requirements from YME stakeholders (choose proper technique, document the outcomes, ensure that business problem and value are clear);
• Collaborating with enterprise, solution architects and tech leads to ensure proposed architecture and design cover business requirements;
• Resolving contradictorily requirements by facilitating communication with stakeholders across YME departments;
• If applicable, collaborating with UX team in building user journeys in correspondence with best practices and YME design framework. Participating in design review sessions with business stakeholders;
• Identifying dependencies from other teams, highlighting risks towards scrum masters / delivery managers and business stakeholders;
• Responsible for user stories refinement which are aligned with the Product Owner;
• Cooperating with Business PO by adding the acceptance criteria for the stories;
• Maintaining a clean/refined product backlog for assigned systems and ensuring the development team understands the items in the backlog to the level needed;
• Ensures that all changes are documented in Business Process flows and are structured for easy access to internal and external stakeholders;
• If applicable, organizes and continuously improves release testing and the training of the overall user group(s);
• Equipped to work in a dynamic rich environment.

Profile of the suitable candidate:

• Bachelor degree of Information Technology;
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience;
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills;
• Accurate, creative mind, enthusiastic and pro-active;
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Community Cloud, Salesforce CQP
• Knowledge of Agile working methods e.g., Scrum/Kanban
• Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies;
• Fluent in English both verbally and written; Dutch language is a benefit;
• Willingness to infrequent travel.

What do we offer?

Other than a competitive salary, Yamaha offers you a 13th month payment, commuting allowance, 28 holidays a year and the opportunity to earn a bonus. You will work in an international environment in which you can learn and develop. Your first contract will be a temporary contract, but with the intension to extend or offer an indefinite contract.
