For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Business Analyst (AEM) in our Information Systems (IS) Division.

 

About the role: 

Provide (IT) support to users of Yamaha Motor Europe (YME), its European distributor organizations and their business partners with respect to Yamaha’s business applications. Ensure that Yamaha’s business activities can be executed properly and timely based on the sequence and priority agreed with the user organization.

 

The Business Analyst is a part of an Agile team responsible for design, development, and maintenance of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) implementations and acts as the intermediate between end users and the Information Systems division.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Translate the user’s request into a client business requirement and functional conceptual design;
  • Define, design and guide development of new functionality;
  • Analyze business procedures, in co-operation with distributor’s and YME’s key users;
  • Identify dependencies from other teams, highlighting risks towards scrum masters / delivery managers and business stakeholders;
  • Pro-actively address and initiate applications improvements to simplify, streamline and standardize business procedures.

     

    What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, digital marketing or related field;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Understanding and working experience of creating and maintaining functional specifications for new AEM templates, AEM components including authoring widgets, custom widgets, workflow customization and experience fragments; 
  • Experience with ACS, Adobe analytics, PIM or DAM system is a plus;
  • Working experience with Agile methodology and Scrum practices;
  • Understanding of business processes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Accurate, creative mind, enthusiastic and pro-active;
    • Basic overview of technical design principles;
    • Fluent in English both verbally and written.
